Purchased watch as a Christmas gift. The order was delivered within days.
After calling and leaving a phone message and asking you to contact me through your website regarding your faulty watch I got absolutely no response. I had to end up taking the watch to a retail shop who were able to assist with a warranty claim. I am starting a G Watch Collection but won't be buying any more through yourselves.

Further to my previous reply I have just replied by email privately as I think it is a settings issue and happy to go over it tomorrow (Sunday) to check and sort out if that suits or replace it if needed. I have added this here as I can actually see a reply from yesterday to your email and wonder if it may have gone to junk mail so if they have you can reply here or via private email.
