Poor quality illegal imitation

Poor quality goods which are obviously imitations not sourced through Casio. Seller also refused to cover return postage when purchased through eBay even though they provide return postage coverage when purchased through their site. Do not buy from this seller as they are liars and cheats.

As per your initial review the same still applies. We sell through numerous outlets and the additional costs associated with marketplaces means there are some variations to what we offer. we do not sell imitations nor do we sell anything illegal. We supplied our trade invoices from Casio to eBay and also they reviewed information supplied about the description and they determined that everything was as advertised and genuine. Although we offer free returns on our site we still offered to cover half of the return post out of good faith and as is your right you declined this and lodged the claim with eBay who, as I said above, advised our product is as advertised and is genuine.

BUYER BEWARE. Item not as advertised. very poor quality and not ladies sized as advertised.

2 very importnat things that should be noted is that ALL our watches are direct from Casio (we are listed as an official Australian online retailer) and the quality is great as we have very few issues with any of the Casio watches and you do have the full 2 year warranty also with all our watches. Secondly the watch you purchased was a ladies / youth watch that also has the size listed very clearly in the description.

Regardless of the above information and in line with the conditions of purchase from our eBay store we were happy to refund in full once you sent the watch back. We also offered a goodwill gesture to cover half the return post. Both of which you declined. Following you raising the issue with eBay they too determined that all information was 100% as advertised and genuine.

We are sorry you were not happy with this purchase but at no point was the item incorrectly advertised or of poor quality.
